Upcoming my biggest project till now!
Training the dutch RWS or ” Department of Waterways and Public Works” in english.
This project is going to take 2 to 3 years. The RWS bought 3 new vessels with azimuth thrusters. But they didn’t get much training to use the vessels. Before all could started we visit the Merwestroom to check there needs.
Togehter with Damen we created training for one week simulator and one week of practical onboard training. This year 3 groups of 4 people were scheduled to train on the simulator at Damen Gorichem. And the same groups on location at the RWS vessels.
