Next job was an inland job. Houseboat transportation. With two smaller tugs we connected to houseboat(s) to tow it to the drydocks for maintenance. Like i wrote in the last blog, people from RijksWaterStaat were joining the ASD handling course on the Damen Simulator at Gorinchem. After a week of intensive lessons, the trainees are ready for an other week of practical training later on. in this simulator training we start really basic and build up the skill level.
