Ghana port authoritys orderd two new ASD2813 tugs. To train the people in advance, a small group of local captains came over to Gorinchem, Netherlands to train on the simulator for two full weeks.
After this tug handling training, i flew with the Ghana captains back to Ghana where the new tugs arrived in Thema port from Vietnam.
Togheter with engineer Michael we did a two week familiarisation for a big crew of alsmost 30 peoples.
